This is a 93.09mm Piston kit for the 1981 KTM 495 piston port, air-cooled, 2-stroke motor. A few years ago we had a new forging die created specifically for the KTM 495 and 540/550 pistons. 92.84 and 93.09 kits for the 1982 84 reed valve 495s are also available. The piston also comes with a coating on the dome, underside, ring grooves and wrist pin boss.
